We have seen that reps are not submitting their quotes in DealHub, so we do not have any visibility in Salesforce. We have a way of fixing it moving forward however for the existing data/proposals in DealHub we need to figure out a way to submit/sync the created quotes in DealHub to Salesforce in bulk. What is the best approach on this?

Hey Gizem,

Based on my experience with DealHub and organizations in a similar position, the real goal isn’t pushing every old quote through DealHub, but making sure the right data points are captured on accounts and opportunities in Salesforce. The most effective way to do this is by focusing on the information that matters for reporting, renewals, and expansions, rather than bulk-submitting every historic proposal. Practically, that usually looks like updating accounts, opportunities, and quotes through Salesforce imports. By targeting the key fields that support future activity, you’ll ensure that when a rep creates the next proposal, the record is already structured correctly and reporting will work as expected.

It’s also worth noting that if the end result does not require a customer to sign a proposal, then typically it is not an action that should run through the standard DealHub playbook.

The first step in this process is identifying all of the key data points missing for opportunities that did not leverage DealHub, so that you will know exactly what needs to be backfilled. Hope this helps as you work to update accounts. Let me know if there are any additional questions, always happy to help.
