Hey! I’m running into a situation and could use some input.
I’ve got a renewal deal that also includes an upsell — and right now, I’m handling it with two separate deals in two different pipelines:

One deal for the renewing products

One deal for the upsell (new products)
This setup came from the idea that we need separate pipelines for renewals vs. new business since each has different weights.
Just wondering… is this still the best approach? Or is there a cleaner way to manage a renewal that includes an upsell without splitting it across pipelines?
