I can’t log in. Was my learning sandbox deleted?

Hi! Your DealHub learning sandbox is available for 21 business days. Before it expires, we always send a reminder asking if you’d like to extend access. If there’s no activity and no response, the sandbox is deleted automatically to keep our system clean.

That said, your learning progress is never lost. You can still access the Academy, continue your learning path, review individual courses in the catalog, and take the certification exam at any time.

Want to get back to hands-on training?
