I am looking to configure my order form for Japan.
The Totals and Unit Prices need to exclude decimal places. E.g. $152.00 needs to read as $152 on the Japanese order form

+1Hi Tracey - to achieve this, you can disable the following feature in System settings. That will allow the trailing 0’s to be dropped:
