at the end of the day, they are the ones that need to sign the document and in contract revisions, the revisions are done directly to the document so when they press Review & Sign it is also like approving

I think there’s some kind of miscommunication here. As a seller, I can close the Revision, and then there’s only a signature. So you’re saying that if the buyer signs, everything is fine, and if not, they’ll reach out to me and ask to reopen the contract?

what you mean, there is no closing the revision, revision is active contract gets signed
