Hi, when using the product selection filter feature, we can create a predefined filter for a specific QG. The issue is that in the manual item, the user can still click the “X” to remove the selected item. Once they do that, the predefined filter no longer applies when they choose from the row again.

Has anyone else encountered this behavior, and is there a way to prevent it or work around it?

Great question — and you're absolutely right, this does happen.
One solution is to set the question for the manual item to read-only. That way, users won't be able to click the X.

One thing that I like to do is add the product name as a Product Attribute, then I pull the product attribute into the table and visualize that instead of the Manual Item question. That way you can get the cell to just say the product name and not the SKU as well. If you want to get fancy, then you can then reference that question in a Rich Text answer and add color/bold effects to it.
