+1Hi - From your image, I think the issue is that you have ‘Dedicated’ twice in the tags. That would require a product to have two tags that both read Dedicated. I would try paring down to one ‘Dedicated’ tag and see if that works. I would also recommend using Product Attributes rather than tags to filter, as they provide more flexibility.
