I’m trying to reorder my line items in the product summary. What determines if we can or can't use drag and drop to reorder line items? Sometimes its available and other times it's not.

+1Great question! Drag-and-drop reordering is available only in certain sections of the Product Summary. The ability to reorder depends on the tab you’re working in:

Yearly / Tab 1, Tab 2, Tab 3, etc.: Drag-and-drop is supported. You can freely reorder line items here.

Total tab: Drag-and-drop is not available. This tab aggregates all items, so the order is fixed and can’t be manually changed.
If you don’t see the drag-and-drop handles, you’re likely in the Total tab. Switch to one of the individual tabs (Yearly, Tab 1, Tab 2, etc.) to adjust the order.
