When we change products in DH it generates a new pricebook in Salesforce. Do we have the option to update the existing pricebook instead of adding a new one? Or what is the best practice on this?

+1Yes! It is best practice to change the below syncing setting from pricebook per version to single pricebook. That will then dictate the most recent pricebook created by DH as the one that gets updated on version activation
