We’re running into an issue with volume pricing in CPQ. A list price factor is being applied, but in Salesforce the synced list price field is showing $0.00 for all products that use volume pricing. My question is: what is the expected list price value that should be synced back to Salesforce in this case? Should it be the base list price, the factored list price, or something else? Has anyone run into this behavior before?
Hi Layla,
If the pricing rule, includes a parameter (e.g playbook questions, the List Price in SF, will show 0).
You can determine which price to sync from DealHub to SFDC list price field in the product object.
When using advanced pricing, a single SKU can have multiple prices and pricing rules. Since SFDC price book only accepts one price, you will need to determine which to sync. We recommended using - the "Maximum list price." found in the click path below.
Navigate to your Version > Advanced Settings > Salesforce Settings > Advanced Configuration > List Price synchronization and set this to Maximum list price.
You will also need to set up 2 pricing rules for the SKU. In Product Pricing > Advanced Pricing set the first rule as False and the second Pricing rule as true. Both with the list price.

You can then choose to use Base Price or List Price in Salesforce for reporting.
