Is there a way to merge two quotes from different deals or pipelines into a single DealRoom in HubSpot, so that all related quotes can be centrally managed and viewed together? Can an account have a static URL within HubSpot where multiple quotes are collected over time? Also, are there options to involve a HubSpot expert to review or optimize how quotes and deals are configured and linked in such scenarios?

There’s no way to do this, as HubSpot does not use a native Quote Object, which is required to store and track individual quote records.
To view all quotes for a Deal, you can use our Sales Mode, where quotes are collected.
I’m not able to involve a HubSpot expert directly, but I recommend reaching out to your HubSpot Customer Success Manager to explore any potential workarounds.
