When I do an Upsell by selecting an existing subscription line in DealHub, and increasing the quantity, does this update the existing subscription line in Salesforce? Or does it create a new line with the new values?

Dealhub will create new subscription lines with updated values, it will not update the existing lines in SFDC. I’d recommend contacting your CSM to discuss your specific use case to make sure we are syncing the data as expected. Hope this helps!
