My 'Premium Support' product's price needs to be a percentage of a subtotal, but that subtotal includes Add-on products that are already calculated as a percentage of other products (Subscriptions). Since standard Percent of Total (PoT) struggles with this nested structure, what is the specific Price Rule or PoT Scope setting required to correctly calculate this price hierarchy?

We have over 100 partners using DealHub CPQ and are looking for a strategy to eliminate their Salesforce Partner Community licenses entirely to reduce costs. The requirement is that these partners must still be able to generate quotes in DealHub, which requires syncing data back to our SFDC org. Have any teams successfully leveraged a dedicated PRM like Vartopia or MindMatrix to create a "headless" CPQ access point that bypasses the need for costly SFDC user licenses?

Is there a way to mass backfill the new Partner and Special Discount fields from our data warehouse (DH) onto previously Closed Won Opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC)? We need a report to capture this historical data, but the core challenge is updating these old records. Any best practices or known tools for this type of historical data sync?

I am trying to calculate a subtotal from a repeatable section of line items where users manually enter a quantity for different non-standard products (Manual Items). Crucially, I only need to sum the Quantity field for 5 out of the 10 possible products in that group. How can I configure a Summary Variable or Price Rule to conditionally filter and sum the Quantity field based on the product name or ID for only the 5 required rows, so I can use that targeted subtotal for subsequent pricing logic?

Hi all,Is there a way for us to set an approval rule that would trigger whenever the user changes the List Price (referred to as "Volume Price" in our instance) in the Product Summary tab? We have dynamic pricing enabled to give reps the ability to update the list price if needed, but we want to set an approval to trigger whenever the value is changed from the default price assigned. 

Is there a way to merge two quotes from different deals or pipelines into a single DealRoom in HubSpot, so that all related quotes can be centrally managed and viewed together? Can an account have a static URL within HubSpot where multiple quotes are collected over time? Also, are there options to involve a HubSpot expert to review or optimize how quotes and deals are configured and linked in such scenarios?

Do we have a way to read the Title shown in the Signature widget in the generated PDF from a source field instead of from the user's defined position/title in User Management?

When one approver in a group approves a proposal via email reply, the other approvers receive a confirmation that no action is needed. Does this same "no action needed" confirmation notification also occur when the approval is done through the DH environment (Digital HQ) or via Slack?

Their products typically appear as groups of repeatable questions. 

Hi teamIf I have a rule-based approval workflow set to Active: ALWAYS, what happens when I duplicate a quote that has already been approved? Will the duplicated quote trigger the approval workflow again, or will it carry over the approval status from the original quote?

With multi-system used as multi offer, is it possible to have the T&Cs sections under the pricing table of each offer?Each pricing table of each offer has a different T&C section. So instead of scrolling to the end of the document to see all T&Cs the request is to have each pricing table and the relevant T&C be connected.Thanks

Hello!We’re working on the setup of the playbook, the product library and also the DealRoom/quote. On the product level we have attributes where we store URLs that lead to images & attachments (user manual etc) stored in another system.How can we best show these in the DealRoom or quote? Ideally it works like a repeatable question group and we would really like to prevent putting all images and attachments separately in the Dealroom/quote template. Thanks :)

Hi, There is a text section that I want to display only after the buyer signs the deal. Until now, I used the condition BuyerSignedDeal = Yes, and it worked. However, after integrating DocuSign, it seems that this parameter no longer works, and the section is not displayed.I would appreciate any ideas on how I can ensure that this section is shown only after the buyer’s signature when using the DocuSign integration.

We want to utilize the option “Merge multiple instances of this product into single line” on products, since it really helps clean up the product summary and makes things easier to read on the product summary.However, in some cases we still need the same product to remain separated, because it could carry unique proposal attributes that should not be combined.Is there a way to use “Merge multiple instances of this product into single line” on a product, but still force DealHub to split it back out if unique proposal attributes are present?

Hi! One of our reps had a good question regarding the exact time a quote/DealRoom expires. Does it expire at 12 AM after the expiration date based on the local time of the user who submitted and published the quote? Thank you in advance!

I’m trying to implement a pricing rule that when a specific product ‘SCM’ is selected in the question group, and the Frequency is Weekly to have $x.xx. However, I also need to have a pricing rule that is the same with the addition of if there is a QTY entered into another field ‘vetting’ (SCM.QTY_Vetting). When I do the sytax for the secondary portion with vetting, I can’t get that field to display and my rule is showing as invalid. Is there a syntax difference I would need to do with a QTY field? The product assignment already covers if the SCM product is selected. Then on the Product Pricing tab this is the syntax for what I have the error on. IncludesANY([SCM.Frequency],"Weekly") AND IncludesANY(SCM.QTY > 0)

Has anyone run into a situation where a bundle syncs to Salesforce showing both the parent (bundle) price and the child item prices? I’m trying to understand if this is expected behavior or a configuration issue.

When using Salesforce with renewal opportunities (created upon completion of the original opportunity), how can DealHub support cases where price changes or updates are made? Specifically, is there a way to update pricing on draft opportunities in Salesforce, or alternatively, apply price updates on the Subscription Management records?

Hi!We’re working on the setup of our playbook and in our first general question group many questions will contain CRM information and thus be read-only. Only 2 or 3 questions in this group will be editable when creating a proposal. However in DealHub all questions (21) are counted and shown in the title of the question group. This might be perceived by users as too much and can cause confusion and/or frustration (while in reality its only 2-3 questions they need to enter).  We considered moving the questions to a different question group, but regardless of that its confusing that not-editable questions are counted and shown here. A bit more control over this or only the editable question being included would be a great improvement.Anyone else here that think of this before? Or got this feedback from thei
