Formatting troubles with your Word sub-doc template? Do your graphics and formatting look super sleek in Word, but once uploaded to DealHub and previewed in your proposal, they appear misaligned? Tip: Verify the margins on the Word doc and the DealHub editor are the same! This will prevent any misalignment or differences when viewing your template in DealHub and preserve your perfectly polished masterpiece. To check this, navigate to Version Settings > Output Documents > Document Templates > Select Your Template > Settings (top right). DealHub’s recommendation is to use: 80px for top and bottom margins and 60px for left and right margins. The table below converts pixels to inches and cm for Word margins. 

We have some signing rules in the system and there are multiple signers assigned to each rule. Is there system setting like one signature is ok or require signatures from all signers? ( Like the setting we have for rule based approvals require one or all). If not in this case would the system move deal to won if only 1 signer signs? Just trying to understand the behavior and the impact of multi-signers.Do all the signers needs to sign? Is one signature is enough for a deal to be considered as complete? Can we set the behavior of signature requirement as we do to approvers (all the signers or any of the signers)?

When a customer upsells the same product within a billing period, I end up with 2 active rows in my subscription table. I have a "new quantity" column to track changes. What's the best way to make one of these duplicate product lines read-only to avoid confusion?

Hey, I have a closed Deal in HubSpot and set it as Closed Won. Now the Sign Externally button is not visible in Dealhub, what can be done now to move the quote status to WON?

Hi!We are testing with a form in in our dealroom and I can’t figure out where the submitted information goes. I have tested everything & the form fields are linked to the respective playbook questions. Because of this I expect the submitted information to show up in the playbook as answers to the linked questions (see screenshot below). However, this doesn’t seem to be the case and I can’t find the information from the form submission anywhere.I have followed the documentation / DealHub knowledge base article step by step and this also didn’t change anything. Anyone here who can help me out? Thanks!

Hey everyone, I'm running into a confusing issue when trying to set up a new Price Book.Does anyone know why products are getting duplicated in Salesforce (SF) when I create a new Price Book? It seems like adding the Price Book entries is somehow triggering a duplicate Product record creation, which shouldn't happen. My 'Premium Support' product's price needs to be a percentage of a subtotal, but that subtotal includes Add-on products that are already calculated as a percentage of other products (Subscriptions). Since standard Percent of Total (PoT) struggles with this nested structure, what is the specific Price Rule or PoT Scope setting required to correctly calculate this price hierarchy?

I am trying to calculate a subtotal from a repeatable section of line items where users manually enter a quantity for different non-standard products (Manual Items). Crucially, I only need to sum the Quantity field for 5 out of the 10 possible products in that group. Hi all,Is there a way for us to set an approval rule that would trigger whenever the user changes the List Price (referred to as "Volume Price" in our instance) in the Product Summary tab? We have dynamic pricing enabled to give reps the ability to update the list price if needed, but we want to set an approval to trigger whenever the value is changed from the default price assigned. 

Is there a way to merge two quotes from different deals or pipelines into a single DealRoom in HubSpot, so that all related quotes can be centrally managed and viewed together? Can an account have a static URL within HubSpot where multiple quotes are collected over time? Also, are there options to involve a HubSpot expert to review or optimize how quotes and deals are configured and linked in such scenarios?

Do we have a way to read the Title shown in the Signature widget in the generated PDF from a source field instead of from the user's defined position/title in User Management?
